Should we let this anger get the best of us?
No! Absolutely not!
We as people are meant to be happy! And there are ways that you can manage and successfully reduce your anger.
Triggers
Avoid anything in your environment that would increase the likelihood of an angry episode!
If you feel symptoms of anger happening follow these five steps:
1. Cope with it-- Tackle it right away
2. Breathe (Inhale, Exhale)
3. Relax your muscles
4. Think positive thoughts
5. (And) Give yourself a pep talk
Less anger, less stress! Happier you, healthier you! Change the quality of your life with attitude and behavioural improvements!
